Yeah all those old bumper stickers and chants have resurfaced and more vividly as economic woes and also just the plain old war on the poor for imagining a future.

I remember slogans like, 'kill your tv', 'question authority', etc. I didn't quite get the full import back in the day but much of this is coming back around yet again.
