Wow, that era is gone as I think we know and if it still exists it's on a much smaller scale.

Unfortunately the modern mantra is do more with less which is fine if it delivers some kind of positive outcome for us all. Ahh, I don't think so as much of the human to human awareness seems to have evaporated.

Also, a huge chunk of the classic working people are probably not going to prosper with some kind of business ideology that still recognizes former constructive values while many are engaging in balkanizing into organizations like say, Substack where everyone tries to make their personal shingle work enough to make some kind of living. Probably not in the cards. I mean is there any people glue or enough people glue to hold these orgs together and give out any kind of future hope?

I mean if we look at the leadership of e-orgs and businesses like Medium & Substack where is the future?
