Well I don't think either network has a mission statement to 'lie like hell 24/7', more like those news organizations tend to solicit their audience through some manner of news agenda, not necessarily evil, that is whatever they still need to do to maintain an audience. I was too busy being normal back in Anderson's hayday and probably missed many of his stories (yeh, I wiki'ed him to refresh my cobwebs upstairs), but yeah, I'm old now and well, let's not talk about that. :-)

Then there's Aussie Murdock's Fox news that seems extremely aggressive at their quest for control of as many media buck$ as possible around the world. In other words, are they in the news business or some personal finance business? If I worked for that organization I'd be careful about dissing the old man, he might be one degree of separation from Joseph Goebbels. Whoopsie...
