This malaise has now become ubiquitous throughout the country since covid moved in. The Pickers can't seem to pick anything right no matter what is on the list. It's chronic, where the contractors that run the pickers, who might not be one with the English language, are probably paid not much to run around feverishly in circles picking up orders. Yes, it's endlessly messed up, but when we got out again (post covid - it's over right?) shopping got better, much better. Now, of course, the problem at the grocery store is the cost per item of any right/wrong-sized item. AKA the ever-shrinking packaging issue .......
It's related to "do more with less". :-)
