- Though people believe they can’t live without FB & Twitter, <pick excuse here>, much less/no FB & Twitter leads to less couch time.
2. Put hubby on an increasingly daytime physical regime diet, nightside wiggling should decrease. Dog tired really does the trick.
3. You (or he) do more turning out and less spooning, as nice as that can be.
4. Don’t hit couch at night first, work some until tired and try bed again first.
