Seems like a dumb conclusion for whoever prepped the bomb rig apparently on some kind of RV, but I thought it was some kind of insurance fire, believe it or not,but even that is probably a major stretch considering the size of the blast, and does insurance cover terrorism?

Just more dystopian insanity is probably a contributing cause.
