The American patriarchal social structures of today are no less imposing and restrictive than other patriarchal cultures of the past several thousand years. Our social pecking order structures can be as solid as any real wall though appear differently enabled looking through historical and anthropological eyes. However, the effects are many times similar, sub-classes by gender along with crazy behaviors and apparent random rules re-enforcing the social network structures, in most cultural cases on earth, patriarchal.

Certainly changing this path out from some social order to a different social order hopefully a more enlightened order ain't gonna be easy. But it has to be done for future advancement and human survival.
