It's like what kind of fubar will we all be living in when a worse economic derecho hits the fan? Think closing banks during the depression, stuff like that. There's a reason for all this consolidation of almost any businesses in the US. What is not reported is they need to consolidate or they are gone. That is many companies are zombies that exist on paper. All that's left is the billboards and marketing, delivering the usual 'normal' messaging.

Our economic system that most believe in is now a not so comical unfolding tragedy.
