Some of these issues arise because people like myself are just old, (speaking for myself here) <insert emoji of choice here>, for example, words can become more weighty and multi-meaningful over contemporary time eras, how about the word ‘fuck’? Wasn’t that word without so much extra baggage usages in yesteryear? Much of what was old is now new again in strange and mysterious ways.

Also by now the emoji phenomena probably has it’s own collections on the net regarding not fit to cut & paste.
