Start an annual community service contract review board to address community service performance. And no under the table deals. Get service performance with some teeth, because staying alive is hard enough all by itself. Never more than a one year contract for service providers of community amenities, since there could always be room for improvement. This is an HOA that works for the community and not the other way around.
