So many stories since the initial pandemic lockdown, one latest factoid was the recent reveal of tying the death count from the ww1 influenza. Maybe folks 100 years ago as well as today have trouble wrapping their psyches around pandemic hallmarks like isolation, treatments, or just plain best practices for survival. We don't know or can't really say what is in another's head that makes them act out. Is it religious beliefs, abusive sig others, no sig other, some internal decision blocker over time?
I'd like to toss in a cheap shot like, 'what, if any, kind of upbringing was going on with some of these fatal outcomes'? Then again, that question can answer itself several ways that can make sense.
