If so, watch that magically appreciate in value, then next up will be .govs everywhere with dramatically escalating parking fees, road taxes, parking fines through the solar roof, etc. plus all the usual trappngs like mandatory insurance laws an everything else, pay toilets everywhere.

Did I mention a value added property tax for the Sion? After all it will be our home in the future, and .gov will definitely come up with more fees and taxes as it searches for revenue. :-)
