Right, they hire sub-wage mailroom workers as pre-examiners for quick turnaround claim rejections back to the customers denying the claim until they check a box or something even more obtuse. What, call the customer to clarify? Are you out of your mind?

Customers must be taught proper insurance company communication etiquette before getting the EOB they had hoped for. Come on, use up some of those forever stamps you have sitting around!
