I read the link in this story to the list of demands story. I hope this is just a preliminary bargaining position for some kind of settlement reforms I guess eventually adopted by a city government.

If not, really, the best outcome is that this is bluster and not muster. The latter could easily lead to bullets flying everywhere, and when the bullets start flying, as in war, the truth stops, no matter what any position is espoused until the bullets stop flying. And then the community dies.

I hope the citizenry has not reached this point yet, even if currently in the minds of some. This country has a history of bad outcomes in times of discord.
