Probably the Goog’s employee policy shift is the typical me-too copy-cat behavior like all the other big corporations recently. Assuming we are approaching some massive worldwide recession, well then policies must be adjusted to be flexible for a corporations profit survival.

But just because it’s google I’d rather characterize this in a totally different light. Also, this could make a nice plot for a next book……

A-fixing the old tin foil hat, and tightening that hat with an authentic spam can keyway tool.

Simply, Google merely looks like a company or spook front end with no one being the wiser. 🎭 So they regularly crank out a product or two, then cancel the product after a year or so and say something like, ‘it wasn’t worth it’, blah blah blah. The perfect cover for a spook agency that exists only for data acquisition. This might be why google tries to invest in a super computer, like the whole quantum thing, as they need much faster and bigger data stores to hold and access all this data. If they try to keep backing data up they will have to buy Puerto Rico or something. So yeah, google is a prefect masquerading spook agency, all this while they enjoy FB-meta taking all the political heat. Poor old Zuck. hehehehe.

The employees, they don’t have a clue either. :-)
