Possibly the problem of getting enough people to work is because they don’t exist with the correct skills, I don’t think we want somebody jerking around with our plumbing or electrical infrastructure that thinks they want to do that kind of work. Ouch.
Gender centric. Believe it or not M. Serrano, with an H.S. education in the ‘60s I could get work just about anywhere, not advanced but certainly good work opportunities. It’s my belief that females did not have equal opportunities back in those days of ‘60s–’80s, they could get work but comparable work?, with comparable pay? I don’t think so. I think in the ’90s that females began to challenge and workplaces, and move closer to mainstream equality work. Well, I’m fairly sure of this but obviously, I’m going to guess others aren’t believing this as they search their memories of yesteryear. But that’s the big LOL I think you refer to.
Well I could go on but I could wait another decade if I live that long, and maybe all we snowflakes will just melt away or take over the USA. Who knows, I don’t.
