Part of work culture is the proverbial job description, however, the underlying fundamental reasons for work expose this vacant idea. It means that except for some few so-called higher ups everyone's job description boils down to “ Hey, you, come over here please “, then listen to almost anything sounding plausible to some work situation. That pretty much is it for the job description game.

Our system employs this behavior as work goals always focus on amassing capital and not some other inclusion involving pan community structural growth. This top-down (trickle down?) system will continue until enough dreams have been crushed chasing somebody’s capital idea. Work that simply serves capital does not serve people.
