We might buy their products & services (any corp's) but to any corp's concerns we as individuals, do not count. Only in mass do we raise eyebrows, e.g. vote with our feet, that is our only weapon in leveling any playing field. Right, usually that doesn't work either.

So if one wants change in the socio-economic world of US any corps, don't engage to begin with, if possible.
