Nice overview of a future doom dance.

I like to watch former industrial/medical big biz G.E. as a kind of poster boy for debt loading, while other than a few high tech markets, if you are correct G.E. will have very little future industrial production to work with. Not in the cards.

Enter an automatic can opener I purchased for the Mz. since she has a few mobility issues. Though lots of glowing star reviews on Amazon, the thing still works but it obviously was constructed to some very low common denominator of manufacturing and no doubt overseas too. If I wanted to, I might be able to kill this thing with one fist blow. The previous electric can opener that ran for decades and sold at an eventual garage sale, now gone, duh, worked like a fricking tank. And that was a hand me down from the previous generation. So someone made millions of this new plastic wonder, that still works, but must be coddled with, due mostly to low-cost labor/parts, etc. We will never meet those specs here again, not in the cards, for the new plastic product or old tank.

Even though we have a current injured duck leader, <description is unspeakable>, his mouthy trade war with China may have just been symptomatic of what is coming anyway, with places like the Euro-zone going after USA tech, us going after Huawei markets and on and on, economic war and not that cold of a war.
