Murder hornets are the perfect link bait in an addicted notification population that has grown tired of C-19 anything. Couldn’t have happened at a better time, for mobile link bait, these big ass insects with their conspicuous moniker.

Shouldn’t really be a big problem though, we are the USA strong! We have fire ants in the south, killer bees in the southwest, I’m sure, if Trump hasn’t fired them all, that the gov has Melittologists on staff, (scientific beekeeper entomologist with a title), that have a time-honored solution as always, say, grab a hive of killer bees set them down near a murder hornet hive and let them all go at it!

Kind of like putting two rowdy kids in a broom closet and seeing who comes out alive. Simple. What could go wrong? Nature has a way of leveling the playing field, kind of like that coronavirus thingie.
