Maybe think the Medium.com app is like most other apps (all of em?) vying for eyeballs for cause. What cause? Well it certainly isn't about transparency in the online business, so stuff like the dreaded algo and the company books interpretations will never see the light of day, again like every other online business ever. There will be press releases like announcing the latest upgrade changes (translation:reorg) semi-annually, with accompanying features press releases which is a smokescreen for these periodic upgrades. (reorgs, shhh). So it's the usual evolution of online apps, is it not?
Oopsie , time to slop feed the hogs, I mean promote with a sparkly press release the next upgrade for writers and readers, I mean, reorg #n.
