It's like this, every company like this is really like a bank. Input is easy! There are always sales associates to instantly wait on potential customers. Sales is the USA's heroin! End of story.
However, to *ANY* modern business, Customer Service is output, wait and see, I'll get back to you, Our support policies have changed ... therefore blah blah blah, Please stay on the line, and in the meantime, did you know that you can be upgraded? Press 1 for, 2 for, 3 for ... If you wish to speak to a representative from our high end boiler room please press 4, some customers may be disconnected using this option, or end up back at option 1, remember your call is important to us. The real message is, "WTF do you think we are, a charity!?", "GTF out of our faces and enroll in our plan of investing in riches!"
Seriously this is boiler plate in the good old USA. Because customer service is really all about sales too.
