Great story. So many school districts that have had enough of the fiscal end of things in education are demanding more social workers and such on site to handle youth crisis in a timely matter and not simply dump these tragedies on the instructor side continuously.

So to me, the system is upside down as in too much emphasis on administration of the educational network merely to not get the district sued among other posted missions. More honesty from school district policies should be clearly delivered to parents and cemented into the edu system, that is, putting more respect in place for teachers and their decisions. This is not the old school its right side up schooling.

Educational initiatives will come and go, some might stick but the electorate many of which are parents should know exactly what educational policy is within their districts. That is, hold all the phony admin press releases regarding all the feel-good stories including the crisis massaging spins and publish real statistics at the end of the term.
