Great observations. As I get older I find myself ranting more and more about stuff like corporate malfeasance, but then I think at least I’m able to rant about these corporate beasts and their daily noises which usually amounts to some daily dose of tons of troweled out horse manure about how great their services are and their deep caring of their customers. gag.

So I do enjoy those rants. I know it’s anti-productivity.

Approaching my 70’s I see there won’t be and end to all the work that needs getting done and that ends by just plain falling over at some point, I’m just trying to have that hole positioned and in the right place at the right time. I’m not the only one prepping for the inevitable, I get snail-mail and email all the time from people soliciting me how to die, sell my house for cash, upsell my life insurance, and the pitches just keep on coming. Scams all X 10+.

I guess if I could wish anything I’d wish that people could get busy in more interesting endeavors than all these rat race hamster treadmills trying to squeeze money out of rocks. It’s as if the masses have nothing interesting to do except boring stuff cause someone told them they had to be boring.

Okay, I’ll stop this rambling rant (soon) cause my Grammarly emoji is giving me the stinkeye face with 4 disapproval stars. Me? My take on that is I’m still on their freebie version and I’ve not bitten on any of their pitches which arrive easily on a weekly basis, now if they pitch me and 80% discount off their annual price, yep I’d be there (affordable) and that’s probably not going to happen. :-) Until then I’ll just have to put up with all that endless pitching, pushing, and potential customer shaming.

Nice article for us folks getting up there in the years.
