Great fun. A lot of material here. But first I’m boggled how world leaders consistently get a pass making statements like, “Nobody knows more about rocks in their head than me”. How has this become the norm?

If the fake visit in 2043 was real I’d have to conjecture that this visit is another random pitstop for space sentients dropping by for transportation supplies such as water, nitrogen, and other easy to fetch elements and minerals. My fave is E.T.s consisting of gaseous gelatinous blobs living the space dream. Unlike the first couple of visits by E.T.s that probably seeded a few planets in our system 1 and 2 billions of years ago during a pit stop, they didn’t wait around for eons to see what happened, and really, why?

The humans have enough thousands of bad sci-fi B movies and other later mass-market movies to come close to guessing who the first visitors will be although I wouldn’t hold out for aliens from the mass market sci-fi series star trek as any kind of guidance. I sincerely doubt that the galaxy is populated with human-like feminine genders that always seem to appear in various selections of California beachwear. An amazing coincidence.

We truly are approaching the cult B-movie Idiocracy.
