Good on you, not leaving a fly-over rust belt state. Ahh, and this time of year, late summer, you'd never know that there could be a ruckus 20 minutes up or down the road. Suck up those warm summer breezes. :-)

If I read it right, the indians (South Asians) are no doubt in rural Ohio at the insurance co. as H1-B visa holders (I.T. personnel) usually with one Indian expat or contractor running the whole cadre of Indian college grads & their wives possibly? In the insurance company the cadre of Indians probably don't mix much with the locals either in I.T. or anywhere else in the company. Yeah, that one expat guy is their local area God. IMO.

How did a huge insurance company move to rustbelt Ohio in an unknown township? Come on, America has some of the best and cheapest politicians that money can buy, from the town, county, state, and Fed politicians. That insurance company probably suddenly got big there or moved there cause they greased the wheels of government. Don't feel bad about that, it happens in everywhere, USA, it's how capitalism gets done, easy peasy.

End rant.
