When I bought our house I was a typical young and dumb guy about real estate. Of course over 40 years later I'd say to myself, now that both the wife and me are over 70, I think I never would buy this place knowing what a mobility issue is all about nowadays. Live and learn. Yeah, a different layout design might be in the cards for you in the future.
