Get another mail provider that has decent spam handling. Really! Only let a few necessary clients know that address.

Never use any default mail program from your ISP, never ever, just let that be a junk account and let the spam bots have at it, then go in there once a month and wholesale delete crap, if you think you need that mailbox, else never go in there ever if possible. ISP free mail services are many times like having a garbage truck back up to your front door and dumping their spam infused load there.
