First how about changing or getting rid of the clap-happy syndrome? I mean, what does it do for anyone?

I assume the following thing is supposed to facilitate story recommendations when some readers elect to get in the suggested story email, daily. Lately, those suggestions seem repetitious, or possibly a little off, sometimes way off, and not just authors whom we don't follow.

It's slightly confusing nowadays when some stories are posted over on Substack, Medium, and other i-net pubs. Anyway, the blessed Medium algorithm and its eternal updates are probably more complex than ever to the point of nonsense, except for the bean counters hired by Medium.
