Do anything but never get caught capitalism is a big systemic enabler of management staff behaviors in this country. In-house communications are very annoying as a cover for tasking anything. Yes, the modus operandi of the female boss who was nickeled and dimed to death previously is not a career track to emulate, because well packaged top stakeholders depend on staffing like this for important production work at lower staff pay packages. Besides, the upper echelons of many companies are way too busy stroking their ego facades to get involved with the little people.

Education is going through a completely undeserved massive haircut in this country and will continue to be experiencing a re-org of unknown structural proportions, (currently I don’t think it’s anything to do with getting it right, more like cut, cut, cut and run for office) the kind of haircut that other massive financial sinkholes need to experience e.g. Government defense budgets and the general medical industrial complex, all this IMO.

Work culture can be such a bitch yet doesn’t have to be while still producing any product and/or service. Keeping endless employee infighting going is a classic bottom line management tactic, unions try to stop these crappy work conditions, but the ideas of unions are the enemies of USA capitalism. Duh.

Well run working concerns are here in this country, just nowhere near enough exist.
