About ““Nobody wants to work" silliness” From J. Fobear’s response, and how do workers and employers think?
Who is responsible for the costs of:
-Commuting to work. (personal/mass transportation. A huge category)
-Health Insurance. (Also, huge)
-Remote WFH working tools if applicable.
-Child care if applicable. (Huge for parents)

IMO today’s employers in the (raw capitalist) USA think at least 90% of these costs are on the employees. Especially those modern contractors AKA the GIG workforce. I don’t think people make this work calculation before taking on work, and many probably feel they have NO choice.
After making these calculations, many have doubled down on various WFH side effort solutions, (avoiding the H word)
No wonder this article appeared in today’s Medium. Ahh, do the math people?
